About me
After a change of career path at the age of 24, I trained at the FERRANDI PARIS school and obtained my CAP cuisine. In the same time, I worked in a gastronomic restaurant in Paris area, and once graduating, my partner and I decided to settle in Haute-Savoie.
As soon as I arrived in the area, I decided to embark on this adventure because I wanted to help people free up their time while eating better and more responsibly. Passionate about conveying techniques, tips and know-how in the kitchen, I offer you a tailor-made experience, adapting to your level.
My cuisine is generous, tasty, authentic and creative. I preach a seasonal, local and homemade cuisine. I'm often in search of new products linked to my terroir, new combinations and new spices. This enables me to consistently enhance my offerings and provide a distinctive experience for my customers.
